Brittany Stancavage, Associate

Attorney Stancavage received her Juris Doctor from Quinnipiac University School of Law in 2023, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with a concentration in Family and Juvenile Law. She practices in the areas of family law, child protection and juvenile delinquency, criminal defense, real estate, and probate.


During law school, Attorney Stancavage served as the Lead Publications Editor of the Quinnipiac Probate Law Journal, the President of the Family and Juvenile Law Society, and was a member of the Quinnipiac University Club Softball Team. She completed externships at the New Britain Juvenile Public Defender's Office, at the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut as a law clerk for the

Honorable Alvin W. Thompson, and spent a semester in the Mediation Clinic. She was also a legal

assistant at Marshall & Veale, LLC from May of 2022 until graduation. Prior to law school, Attorney

Stancavage graduated from Western Connecticut State University with a B.S. in Justice and Law

Administration (Legal Studies Concentration) and a B.A. in Psychology.


Attorney Stancavage is a lifelong resident of Bristol, CT and spends much of her free time being active. She loves playing softball and volleyball, as well as spending time with her family, friends, and two dogs.
